On 23 May 2019, The University of Oldenburg, Germany and Faculty/Graduate School of Literature and Human Sciences, Osaka City University concluded Memorandum of Understanding.
On the same day, an open forum entitled “School Absenteeism” in Japan and Germany: Seeking the Scope of Public Education was held in Tsukuruma located on the first floor of the Media Center, inviting two speakers from each university.
Further cooperation is expected based on this MoU.
