Cable feed Multicopter that allows long duration flight with avoiding obstacles
Abstract
A group including Prof. Atsushi Imadu, Graduate School of Engineering in OCU developed cable feeding method which allows to fly long time by placing more than one Multicopter in series which leads to not to get stuck the cable with obstruction. Wired cable Multicopter which supplied power from the ground can fly for long periods of time. However, the group has a problem that the cable catches a fence or a building. Therefore, the group created the method of planning the place of the junction Multicopter to prevent to hit obstacles by cable. This research enabled to fly Multicopter over a long time without contact of obstacles.
