The President of Osaka City University visited two of our long-standing partner universities, the University of Hamburg (Germany) and Saint Petersburg State University (Russia) between 21 and 28 September 2014.

OCU has been exchanging students and scholars with the University of Hamburg for over 20 years. During the meeting both parties reconfirmed their commitment and discussed potential new areas of exchange.

The first academic exchange agreement between OCU and Saint Petersburg State University dates back more than 30 years. The agreement was again renewed during an official?signing ceremony.
